Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA engineering, with a focus on mobile QA
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA engineering tools
• Proven track record in tech leadership or mentoring
• Ability to work independently and commit 10-15 hours per week
