Technical Automation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Automation Engineers, the full-time Technical Automation Manager will develop, maintain, and innovate automated solutions for a Security Operations Center, all while working remotely in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a technology delivery team to deliver high-quality security solutions using modern software engineering practices
• Define, design, and execute business requirements in partnership with Product Management and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot production issues systematically and implement timely resolutions while continuously improving tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on system engineering experience on security platforms (SIEMs, EDRs, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
• Experience developing automation solutions to support security operations and internal teams
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
