Technical Billing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Billing & FinOps Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer the billing stack, including metering, usage, and billing logic for a multi-SKU product set
• Manage the end-to-end monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Act as the first-line billing support for stakeholders and enable internal teams to interpret billing data effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Systems Engineering
• Direct experience with usage-based billing platforms and their integrations with Salesforce and ERPs
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles
• Advanced SQL skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
