Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the optimization of core business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize system enhancements across ERP and CRM platforms
Gather and document requirements for system improvements and create user stories with acceptance criteria
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create comprehensive test plans aligned with business requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology or a business-related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Business Systems
Experience supporting enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems in high-volume environments
Experience with data management concepts and workflows
Proven ability to document system integration requirements and map data flows between SaaS applications
