Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a team of software engineers, the full-time Technical Business Analyst will provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects while managing project tasks and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and mentorship to software engineers, fostering professional growth through feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and manage project tasks to meet goals and timelines
• Identify and mitigate project risks while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and familiarity with software development methodologies
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
