Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering
Prepare technical requirement documentation for customer business systems
Interpret and articulate user needs into product features through requirements definition

Required Qualifications:

B.S. degree in a STEM field required
3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS or life science industries
Experience managing a small team of direct reports
Proficiency in Salesforce and JIRA
Experience implementing automation-based improvements to customer support workflows and technology
