Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst - Fraud/Dispute Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically design and map business requirements to technical solutions
• Write clear and precise technical specifications for development and system integration
• Lead discussions with business and technology partners to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience in a related technology area
• Technical background or degree program preferred
• In-depth knowledge of relevant systems such as Quavo, ADH, Quest, Hogan, OLDS, DAG, and MCD
• Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, C#)
• Knowledge of Reg E and Z related to client-initiated disputes
