Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support SaaS implementation projects focused on cash application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth training to become a subject matter expert on the cash application platform
• Lead and support full-cycle implementation projects, focusing on configuration and client success
• Interact with clients to translate business needs into actionable system configurations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role involving SaaS product implementation
• Proven experience in configuring SaaS platforms, particularly in accounts receivable or cash application
• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Experience with cash application solutions via banking institutions or software vendors
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
