Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage software deployment processes, including planning and coordinating tasks
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align release schedules
Document and maintain deployment procedures, project requirements, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience as a business analyst
2 years of experience as a business analyst or in software development/support
Experience with Jira, database queries (SQL), and Agile development processes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues during the development lifecycle
