Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for asset management and related systems
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and configuration requirements for Nuvolo modules
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, process maps, and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in asset management or facilities management
• Proficient in ServiceNow, SQL, data analysis tools, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and configuration-driven applications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Agile certification is a plus
