Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst (RPA - Robotic Process Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Develop automation strategies for applications and work on automation projects to provide requirements and process documentation
• Analyze existing processes for automation and collaborate with developers and business partners to achieve project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and business/industry
• 5+ years of experience working on moderate-to-complex projects or systems
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLCs), including Scrum and Waterfall
• Experience with requirements gathering and analysis, and familiarity with RPA languages and SQL is a plus
