Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst Principal in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize business analysis techniques for use case modeling, data modeling, and process mapping
• Manage business unit relationships and oversee the life cycle of IT investments
• Lead process redesign activities and develop innovative solutions for complex business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 7 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 9 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 11 years of experience
• Working knowledge of project methodologies like waterfall and Agile Scrum
• Experience in data exploration and analysis (e.g., SQL)
• 3-5 years of business analyst experience in Maximo and/or utility experience
• Strong experience in facilitating value stream mapping sessions for business transformation projects
