Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and technical requirements to document integration and development needs
• Support project management activities and assist in risk identification and tracking
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications (CBAP, Agile Business Analyst Certification, PMI-PBA) preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in technical and business systems analysis
• Strong experience with SQL, database design, and web-based technology environments
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Requirements Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
