Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify goals and requirements
Translate operational needs into detailed requirements artifacts and facilitate requirement reviews
Support backlog management and ensure strong UAT outcomes by defining test scenarios and maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an SDLC environment
Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, testable requirements
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and collaboration with Salesforce admins/developers
Proficiency in Jira and documentation tools like Confluence
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
