Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst (Remote-US).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with project leadership to evaluate new initiatives and support effort estimation
Collaborate with Scrum teams to develop user stories, use cases, and process flows
Analyze travel workflows to identify process gaps and opportunities for optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex digital products or systems
Working knowledge of web development concepts and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is preferred
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
