Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications for the engineering team
• Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization within business processes and technical systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and business process optimization
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience leading or supporting change management efforts
• Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is a plus
