Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end impact assessments for regulatory, AML, and technology changes
• Analyze impacts across upstream and downstream systems, integrations, and data flows
• Develop ASIS and TOBE process and system flow documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical focus
• Proven experience performing impact assessments in complex system environments
• Strong background in requirements documentation and SDLC support
• Hands-on experience with testing, UAT, and production validation
• Experience working closely with engineering and technology teams
