Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define clear requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process flows
• Support full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and operational handoff
• Engage diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities to ensure clarity and accuracy in delivered requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in business requirements development
• Proven experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, test scripts, and test plans
• Experience supporting UAT, operational readiness, and end-to-end requirements lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into system-level artifacts and functional specifications
