Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Technical Business Analyst, a remote contract position, serves as a bridge between business and MarTech teams, analyzing Veeva PromoMats, leading requirement sessions, defining user stories, and aligning stakeholders for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into structured deliverables
• Author and manage user stories in Jira, ensuring they are well-defined and sprint-ready
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze systems and support Agile delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in an enterprise IT environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for user story writing and backlog management
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats) is a significant plus
