Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging business and MarTech teams, the remote contract Technical Business Analyst will analyze Veeva PromoMats, lead requirements sessions, define user stories, and align stakeholders to support successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements
• Author and manage user stories in Jira, ensuring they are well-structured and sprint-ready
• Analyze existing systems and collaborate with developers to evaluate solution options and document specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in an enterprise IT environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms, QualityDocs) is a significant plus
