Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support ongoing data platform and technology projects, the contracted Technical Business Analyst will lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery workshops to elicit and validate business and technical requirements
• Compile and maintain detailed requirements matrices and manage scope tracking for client engagements
• Facilitate technical feasibility workshops and translate complex technical concepts into clear written requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst in data, analytics, or technology platform engagements
• Experience with AWS data platform engagements and familiarity with cloud data architecture concepts
• Light project management experience, including milestone tracking and action item management across multiple workstreams
• Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to produce structured documentation for client deliverables
