Job Summary

Bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, the hybrid remote Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of innovative solutions that drive impactful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams across various technical solutions
• Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or IT-focused environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations is a plus
• Experience in the finance or legal sector is a plus
