Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Business Analyst will examine existing systems and workflows, create detailed specifications, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Examine existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and document user requirements
• Create detailed system specifications, technical manuals, and participate in software architecture decisions
• Assist with project management tasks and ensure cybersecurity compliance and adherence to relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with project management tools
