Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders and technology providers, the full-time remote B2B Payments Technical Business Analyst will gather and document business and technical requirements, assess system changes, and support user acceptance testing to drive project success and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional business requirements related to M&A integrations
• Conduct various testing scenarios, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Analyze business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and manage requirements throughout the project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst
• Expertise in documenting business processes and requirements
• Experience with M&A integrations and technical specifications
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
