Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support impactful business and IT initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will conduct business process analysis, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document requirements for application systems integration and enhancements
• Collaborate with business staff to translate current and proposed processes into actionable technical requirements
• Support project management activities, including risk identification and tracking related to technical dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications such as CBAP or Agile Business Analyst Certification preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in technical and business systems analysis
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web-based technology environments
• Extensive experience with SQL and database design
• Familiarity with Requirements Management Tools like Jira or Confluence
