Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading technology solution implementations, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will manage project requirements, engage with stakeholders, and participate in the software development lifecycle from analysis through maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business conversations to clarify requirements and structure work in Jira
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to SDLC processes
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and working on moderate-to-complex projects
• Strong background in requirements gathering and analysis, with experience in Agile/Lean methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and basic data analysis
• Experience with Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
