Job Summary

To support a growing technical services organization, the full-time Technical Business Analyst will translate business requirements into actionable solutions, configure AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer and market input into clear workflow requirements and acceptance criteria
• Configure solutions for prospects and customers, including workflow logic and user experiences
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to support technical customer conversations and implementation planning
