Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will drive requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, and production support activities while utilizing Salesforce and SQL to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Perform detailed system analysis to support solution design and troubleshooting
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements for developers and testers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a Business Analyst role
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Service Cloud
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with CCaaS platforms preferred
