Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the transition of the decisioning platform from StrategyOne to Provenir, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end migration from Strategy One to Provenir, collaborating with the credit strategy team
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Review and validate data (JSON/XML/SQL) to support business rules, reporting, and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Technical/Techno-Functional Business Analyst
• Experience in lending, credit, banking, consumer finance, or financial services
• Solid understanding of the credit/lending lifecycle
• Working knowledge of decisioning software/platforms (e.g., Strategy One, Provenir)
• Ability to read and understand JSON, XML, and SQL for data validation
