Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Business-to-Business (B2B) Division, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will manage project delivery, define requirements, and optimize processes while collaborating with Product Managers and Scrum teams to enhance digital applications for the leisure travel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership to evaluate new initiatives and support effort estimation
• Analyze end-to-end travel workflows to identify process gaps and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements and business process flows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex digital products or systems
• Working knowledge of web development concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
