Delivering moderately complex technical product work, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will translate business needs and customer requirements into clear requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and improve analysis practices to enhance product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and user requirements to define actionable technical product requirements
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to align on scope and delivery approaches
- Document requirements and workflows to improve delivery clarity and implementation consistency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, technical product management, or solution design
- Solid proficiency in business requirements analysis and knowledge of agile methodologies or system architecture
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams on single or multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
