Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Technical Business Analyst will manage documentation accuracy, optimize context for AI-generated tickets, and review specifications against actual workflows while collaborating with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and document current platform behaviors, workflows, and exception paths
• Build and maintain reference materials for AI tooling and engineering teams, ensuring accuracy as products evolve
• Review tickets and specifications for alignment with reality, capturing acceptance criteria and edge cases

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, product analyst, data analyst, or in product operations
• Proficient in SQL, capable of writing queries and understanding database schemas
• Experience using AI tools effectively in a daily workflow
• Ability to create prototypes with AI assistance for team feedback
• Strong writing skills for clear documentation and communication
