Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-moving startup, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will manage documentation quality, analyze product data using SQL, and create prototypes to facilitate communication among engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize context and documentation for AI-generated tickets, ensuring accuracy and clarity of workflows and rules
• Analyze product data through SQL to answer key questions and maintain recurring reports for engineering pods
• Build working prototypes using AI tools to communicate ideas effectively and provide clear intent to engineers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, product analyst, data analyst, or in product operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries and understand database schemas
• Experience using AI tools effectively in a professional setting
• Ability to create rough prototypes for team feedback and clarity
• Demonstrated analytical honesty and comfort operating without structured processes
