Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing digital engineering team, the remote Technical Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze data to improve enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Analyze data and operational workflows using tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in an enterprise technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and create user stories and functional documentation
- Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery practices and requirement-management tools such as Jira
- Working knowledge of data analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL, with exposure to Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with enterprise application environments involving Java, Spring Boot, or .NET Core
