Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting government programs remotely, the full-time Technical Business Analyst will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, perform detailed analysis, and ensure solutions align with federal standards while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for federal systems
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Support testing and validation of APIs, backend processes, and system integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
- Strong understanding of federal SDLC frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid models)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other federal project tracking tools
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government or corporate technical programs
- Knowledge of APIs, backend functionality, system integrations, and data exchange patterns
