Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and technical Technical Business Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the transition of a major enterprise client from a legacy system to a modern SaaS platform by conducting detailed systems analysis, facilitating Agile delivery, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed mapping of clinical, ordering, purchasing, and operational workflows across legacy and SaaS environments
- Independently investigate complex technical problems, conduct data analysis, and establish KPIs
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to ensure predictable team delivery and maintain project organization
Required Qualifications
- Experience in audiology, clinical management, or allied healthcare domains
- Proven track record with high-touch enterprise accounts and stakeholder management
- Ability to write queries, review system architecture, and understand data models
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in navigating ambiguity and tight deadlines
