Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst II in the US or Canada for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end customer support by troubleshooting technical issues and managing customer expectations
  • Document customer interactions and contribute to the knowledge base for self-service support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues while advocating for customer needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, SQL, APIs, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Experience in a technical support environment and customer-facing role
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently or with guidance
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly
