Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst II in the US or Canada for a remote position.

- Provide end-to-end customer support by troubleshooting technical issues and managing customer expectations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues while advocating for customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, SQL, APIs, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience in a technical support environment and customer-facing role
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently or with guidance
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly
