Technical Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technical Business Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and document them according to corporate standards
• Lead meetings and facilitate requirements gathering and review sessions
• Assist development teams in understanding requirements and support User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management
• Preferred two (2) years of healthcare delivery and/or payer experience
• Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, Medicaid, and Medicare is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework
