Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analytics Supervisor, Northeast Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of technical business analysts, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and career development
- Drive requirements gathering sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for user stories, business requirements, and test plans
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and product improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Previous analyst experience
- Proven project management experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office products
