Technical Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions will serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, focusing on gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing functional specifications, and supporting user testing to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and IT to provide effective technical solutions
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements and assist in identifying business priorities
• Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Prior experience in a lead capacity is highly desired
• Understanding of IIBA principles and practices
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
