Job Summary
Delivering complex technical product work, the full-time remote Technical Business Solutions Analyst will translate business needs into scalable solutions, evaluate technical options, and coordinate across teams to improve product execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and IT to provide effective technical solutions
- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements and assist in identifying business priorities
- Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, or solution architecture
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce analytics development with expertise in advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and data warehousing concepts
