Technical Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Business Systems Analyst will manage and prioritize the CNS/SecOps backlog within the SAFe Agile framework, converting risks and incidents into actionable work while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure and tooling improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CNS/SecOps backlog and align work projects with operational and cybersecurity goals
• Drive initiatives to improve incident response, monitoring, and automation while participating in major incident reviews
• Coach teams on SAFe Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning and Sprint reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, security operations, or infrastructure engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or technical operational leadership roles
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience working with Terraform in enterprise cloud environments
