Technical Certification Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting compliance initiatives in a fully remote long-term contract role, the Technical Certification Engineer (Compliance) will partner with product and engineering teams to collect and organize compliance evidence for regulatory requirements while interpreting technical standards and cybersecurity regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and organize compliance evidence for regulatory and certification requirements
- Interpret technical standards and policy requirements to ensure readiness for assessments
- Coordinate with auditors and compliance stakeholders throughout evaluation activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting compliance, governance, risk, or regulatory programs in a technology environment
- Knowledge of security frameworks and certification processes
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and translate regulatory requirements into actionable tasks
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, legal, and compliance teams
