Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the seasonal Technical Channel Specialist will support product listings across eCommerce channels by launching and maintaining item assortments, monitoring listing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Support items going live by determining assortment eligibility and managing the item-launch process
  • Drive continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking statuses of approved and live items on DSV Channels
  • Partner with Channel Managers to understand and support channel-specific requirements and improve workflow
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or a related field with a proven track record of decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong data organization skills
  • High standards for achieving goals while maintaining quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to changes
