Technical Channels Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the daily management of TikTok Shops, the remote Technical Channels Specialist will oversee creator sampling operations, manage creator community interactions, and drive engagement initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creator sampling operations by tracking costs and overseeing shipping logistics
• Oversee creator community management, including onboarding and maintaining relationships with top creators
• Maintain weekly reporting and tracking of key performance indicators without API integrations

Required qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, or similar roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong data organization skills
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable learning new software and tools
• Experience with TikTok Shops as a seller or creator is preferred
