Technical Client Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Client Service Manager to support clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and optimize technical documentation and process workflows
• Lead virtual and live technical training sessions for internal teams
• Maintain and evolve the resource library and document workflows for system implementations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry, preferably Venture Capital or Private Equity
• In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting
• Experience as an external auditor or CPA certification is a plus
• Proficient in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
