Technical Client Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Client Service Manager to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and optimize technical documentation and process workflows
• Lead live technical training sessions and produce high-quality learning modules
• Maintain the resource library and document workflows for system implementations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry (Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred)
• In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting
• Experience as an external auditor or CPA certification is a plus
• Ability to translate complex concepts into manageable workflows
• Proficient in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems
