Job Summary
To support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space, the full-time salaried Technical Client Service Manager will oversee client service resources, manage system implementations, and lead technical training initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and optimize technical documentation and workflows, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions to enhance team proficiency in client service systems
- Document and manage workflows for strategic system implementations, ensuring effective change management and adoption
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry, preferably in Venture Capital or Private Equity
- In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting; CPA certification or external auditing experience is a plus
- Ability to translate complex concepts into manageable workflows for team training
- Proficiency in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems such as Xero or Dynamo
- Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude, thriving in a remote work environment
