Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Technical Client Services Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and advocacy for their HubSpot instance
  • Manage project timelines and team capacity using project management tools, delegating tasks effectively across teams
  • Track and manage project budgets, communicating status and risks to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting managing 5-7 client accounts
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and delegate tasks effectively across teams
  • Strong understanding of technical projects including integrations and APIs
  • Must currently reside in the United States
