Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met
  • Create and maintain various documents for software development
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and provide technical leadership and support

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in technical client management or similar roles
  • Strong background in SQL, C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience working with US-based clients and offshore teams in India
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and server optimization is preferred
