Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met
Create and maintain various documents for software development
Coordinate with offshore teams and provide technical leadership and support

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3+ years of experience in technical client management or similar roles
Strong background in SQL, C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies
Experience working with US-based clients and offshore teams in India
Experience with Microsoft Azure and server optimization is preferred
